Mechly.gg is operated by InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd (InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd (IGE)), 78/1, Old Road, Nawala, Sri Lanka. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use the free marketing plan flow on Mechly.gg today: paste a Steam store link, complete our questionnaire, and view your plan.

Depending on how you use the site, we process:

• Steam store link you enter (and the Steam app ID we derive from it).
• Public Steam store information about that game (for example title, description, tags, review summary, follower or member counts, screenshot and capsule URLs, and similar fields available from the Steam store's public services).
• Questionnaire answers you provide (launch timing, wishlists, goals, weekly capacity, marketing budget band, publisher status, comparable games, event dates, and optional follow-up questions such as channels, creators, or regions).
• Email address (required to generate your plan).
• Marketing contact preference — whether you agree we may contact you about Mechly and IGE services (see Consent below).
• Generated marketing plan and related task text stored with your session.
• Help requests if you ask IGE for help from your plan (optional message and context such as which plan task you were viewing).
• Session identifiers — a random cookie value and a separate resume token used in email links so you can return to your answers.
• Network identifier — your IP address is used briefly for abuse prevention (rate limits on audits and plan generation); we do not keep a long-term IP database in the application.
• Server and application logs (for example error messages and request metadata) on our hosting infrastructure.

• Run a store page review and show you results.
• Pre-fill parts of the questionnaire from public store data.
• Build and display your week-by-week marketing plan.
• Save your progress and let you resume via email link.
• Send the resume email (at most once per session when you save your email).
• Record help requests so the IGE team can respond.
• Prevent abuse (rate limits) and keep the service secure and reliable.
• If you opt in to marketing contact, follow up about Mechly and IGE services related to your submission.

Plan text is produced by automated processing on our servers (rules and software-generated wording). It is general guidance only, not a promise of results.

We do not sell your personal data.

When you link a Steam store page, we request public information about that game from the Steam store's public services (we send an app ID; your email is not sent in that step).

We use trusted service providers for hosting, content delivery and security, email delivery, and generating parts of your plan's text, who process data only to provide those services.

Resume emails are sent from IGE Launch <[email protected]> when configured for the service. Hosting for application data is primarily in Singapore.

IGE staff may access lead and help data through internal admin tools. Those tools are not part of the public Mechly.gg experience.

We set one essential cookie, mechly_funnel, when you start the questionnaire. It is HttpOnly, lasts up to 30 days, and ties your browser to your saved session. After 30 days the cookie expires and resume links stop working until you start again.

Our content delivery and security partners may use cookies or similar technologies at the edge to protect the site and deliver pages securely.

On the email step we ask whether we may contact you about Mechly and IGE services. The control is shown as on by default when you first arrive; you can turn it off before you continue. We store your choice with your lead record.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing needed to provide the plan or resume link you requested.

• Session cookie — expires after 30 days from when the session was created.
• Your email, questionnaire answers, plan, and help requests — we keep these until you ask us to delete them by emailing [email protected]. We do not automatically delete this data.
• Server logs — kept for 6 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing (including marketing).

To exercise these rights, email [email protected] from the address you used in the questionnaire. We may need to verify your request. You can also use our data deletion page for instructions.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use HTTPS, access controls on internal tools, and standard hosting practices. No online service is completely secure; please use a unique email and avoid sharing sensitive secrets in free-text help notes.

We may update this policy. The effective date is shown at the top. Material changes will be posted on this page.
