Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Mechly.gg, operated by InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd (InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd (IGE)). By using the site (including submitting a Steam store link, completing the questionnaire, or viewing a plan), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mechly.gg offers a free marketing plan tool for game studios. You provide a Steam store link and questionnaire answers; we combine public store information with your answers to produce a general, week-by-week marketing plan and store page feedback.

The plan is guidance only. It is not legal, financial, or guaranteed business advice. We do not promise wishlist numbers, revenue, review scores, or launch outcomes. You remain responsible for your marketing decisions and for complying with platform rules (including Steam and social networks).

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The public plan flow does not require a Mechly login today; we identify your session with a browser cookie and email link. You must provide accurate contact information and a Steam link you are allowed to use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
• Submit store links or content you do not have rights to use.
• Probe, scrape, or overload our systems (including circumventing rate limits).
• Reverse engineer or misuse internal APIs except through the normal website.
• Harass IGE staff or submit abusive content in help requests.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you violated these rules.

InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd and its licensors own Mechly.gg, the site design, checklists, plan structure, and related materials. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and use your generated plan for your own game marketing.

You keep ownership of your game and your questionnaire answers. You grant us a licence to use those inputs to operate the service (generate your plan, store progress, and respond to help requests). Public Steam materials remain subject to the Steam store's terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including email, questionnaire answers, cookies, and the resume email. It forms part of these terms.

The service and all plans, store reviews, and content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Automated processing may contain errors or omit context about your game. You should review plans before acting on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Mechly.gg or reliance on the plan, which is provided as-is and free of charge.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

We may change these terms or the service. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. We may discontinue features or access with reasonable notice where practicable.

You may stop using the site at any time. Session data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules.
